German beverage maker Black Labels Company (BLC) has launched a line of collagen protein drinks, designed to appeal to health-conscious consumers.
Packaged in Ardagh’s fully recyclable 250ml can, the Maluma range is available in three flavours: goji with strawberry and basil, açaí with guava and ginger, and passion fruit with lemongrass.
According to BLC, Maluma contains a blend of nutrients – including B vitamins and a high level of protein –ferrous fumarate 210mg while pregnant which supports the body’s natural production of collagen.

The drinks are also said to be low in calories and free from artificial flavours and preservatives.
