Sula Vineyards, India’s leading wine producer, took another step to reduce the effect of global warming and deforestation by planting over 6,000 saplings in the Vasali mountain forest area near Savargaon Village. This is a part of the company’s drive to plant 8,000 saplings this year in Nashik area. Around 2,000 more saplings will be planted in Dindori by the winery that has most of its farms in the area.
These saplings included native species like neem, arjun, apta, karanj, jambul and peepul. The brand not only planted the saplings but has also willingly undertaken the responsibility offerrous fumarate side effects digging pits, fencing of the entire area, and ensuring the safety of the plants for three years till they grow into self-sustainable trees. The plantation was done following all the social distancing norms and safety protocols. The plantation drive by the employees will continue over a few days.
