Food Additives in Japan: Regulatory Requirements & Compliance Tips

According to the violation cases of imported food announcferrous fumarate folic acid and zinc sulphateed by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), Japan rejected 733 batches of non-compliant foods from March 2021 to March 2022.
