On February 2, 2024, Vietnam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) promulgated Circular No. 01/2024/TTas ferrous fumarate-BNNPTNT1, stipulating HS cferrous sulfate solutionodes for goods under MARD’s ferrous fumarate folic acid and vitamin b12 suspensionmanagement as well as imported and exported goods sferrous fumarate iron percentageubject to specialized inspection in the field of agriculture and rural development. The Circular will be effective on March 30, 2024, ferric pyrophosphate efsareplacing the current regulation, Circular No. 11/2021/TT-BNNPTNT.
